RETURN GUIDELINES

      Qualification for Return 
      Return service is available for most goods when they remain in the original received condition. Any damage, loss of accessories or heavy signs of usage may affect the validity of your return application. A small selection of goods does not fall under this service scope.
      Application & Inspection 
      To start your return, send your request via our support channel. Our team will review your submission and provide guidance for follow-up steps. After we receive the returned parcel, an inspection will be conducted. We will handle your request in a suitable manner based on inspection outcomes.
      Additional Notes 
      Please arrange proper packaging before shipment to avoid extra damage during transit. We cannot guarantee the acceptance of every application, and each case will be judged separately.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
